Trial starts Jan.16th against a VA County Election Official who used Konnech’s Pollchief software to help rig the 2020 Election

The criminal trial against Michele White starts on Jan. 16th.

She is the first person in the U.S. to go to trial for helping to rig the 2020 Election using Konnech PollChief software made in China.

Konnech CEO Eugene Yu fled the country in November to avoid criminal charges in Los Angeles for embezzling $2.6 million from their county government.

Before Michele White resigned, she was in charge of elections in Prince William County in Manassas, Virginia.

Michele was charged by the Virginia Secretary of State, Jason Miyares, because local Prosecutor, Amy Ashworth, refused to.

She works for the Democrat National Party (DNC).

Two of White’s charges are felonies.

They are for:

  • corrupt conduct of an elected official, and

  • false statement(lying) from an elected official

The third count against Michele is “neglect of duty from an elected official.”

This press conference above by Jason Miyares, Virginia’s Attorney General, is a year old. He cleaned house by firing 30 “progressive” prosecutors who refused to enforce the law. More details are in this link:
