Biden invents new secret spy court
The Secret Court has a surveillance net over the U.S. and Europe.

Congress passed it under International Law without needing Senate approval for the judge’s appointments.
It is part of the transfer of power from the U.S. to China and the UN.
The treaty will be signed next week in Geneva.
